Cancellations More then 30 days before the conference will qualify for a full refund providing they are within 60 days of the conference place being booked. If the cancellation is more then 30 days before the conference and more than 60 days after the booking is made there will be a 5% admin charge to cover unrecoverable payment processing charges.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference but more than 15 days before the conference will qualify for a refunded of 50%
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the conference but more than 7 days before the conference will will qualify for a refunded of 25%
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the conference will will qualify for a refunded of 10%
